I lost or replaced a device
Look up your license above and click Deactivate on the old device to free its slot - then activate Infernote on your new machine. You can also disconnect the current device from inside the app.
How many devices can I use?
Each license activates on up to 2 devices. You can move it between machines anytime by deactivating an old device here.
I forgot my license key
Switch the lookup above to Order number, enter your order number and purchase email, and your key is shown - copy it straight into the app.
Why do you need my email?
It's a safety check: we confirm it against the email on file before showing or changing anything, so a shared key can't be used to touch your devices. We never display your email back - we only check that it matches.
Why does it check online?
Infernote runs fully offline, but occasionally re-confirms your license over the internet. If it's been offline a long time, the app warns you before a brief check.
